GDI Programs and Services

Library Information Services

GDI has its own Métis-specific library system – the largest owned by any Métis educational, cultural or political institution – with branches in Regina, Saskatoon, and Prince Albert.

With a unique collection specific to Métis history and culture, GDI Libraries provide computerized library services for all GDI students and Internet access, as well as student access, to a computer lab for word processing

The GDI Library collections held in Prince Albert, Saskatoon and Regina are accessible through the University of Regina Library catalogue.

The Gabriel Dumont Institute also has an archival collection housed in the Curriculum and Publishing Department in its Saskatoon Location.
